Simple Application Instructions: For every 4 ounces of liquid, one pump achieves IDDSI Level 2 consistency. For thicker blends, use two pumps for IDDSI Level 3 or four pumps for IDDSI Level 4. To attain Level 1, one pump is sufficient for 6 ounces of beverage.
